No, Your Feedback Solutions (YFS) is not a review platform in its own right, but a tool for managing and improving your reviews on existing platforms such as Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and many more. In the YFS dashboard, the reviews from the relevant platforms are imported via an interface for this purpose.
